Is steam cleaning more helpful in comparison to dry cleaning?

Yes, we would like to suggest steam cleaning, however you will also need some carpets. Make sure you check thoroughly before performing dry cleaning services.

How long the carpet takes to become dry?

Carpets woven from synthetic fibres dry up in 3-6 hours on its own. Natural fibres like wool extend the time period from 4-8 hours to dry up completely. We also carry air-mover at free of cost to speed up the drying process.

Are the products used completely safe and won’t damage my carpet?

We are using Prochem for all cleaning equipments and materials however, they are considered to be the best today.

Is it possible to use cleaning products that seem to be eco-friendly?

Yes, we will perform it for you based on your need. Feel free to inform us before cleaning day.

What is the maximum temperature to be used on the carpet?

Based on the condition and fabric of carpets, our cleaners will help you. The temperature can be in the range of 30 to 120 degrees.

Do you ensure to provide the service of stain removal?

No, as there are some stains that stick easily on natural fabric and become almost impossible to be removed. But we try our very best and sometimes the result is just amazing.

What happens when I am not satisfied with your service?
